- Or thin, light kutu khichdi ( kutu is heating in potency hence add coriander powder and coriander leaves with 1 spoon of cow ghee on it )
Strictly Avoid
- Papaya as it is heating in potency
- Fried vrat foods such as sabudana, pooris and fried potatoes
- Excess spices and chillies
